Fresh Mussels - 1Kg Bag
Store the mussels either loose or in the mesh bag. Place in a bowl or unsealed container. Cover with a clean damp cloth or paper towel. Remember – never store in water! Store in the fridge (up to a few days and make sure they smell like the ocean) Drain daily any water that collects in bowl/container.
Examine the mussels before cooking them to ensure they are still fresh. When you're ready to cook the mussels, check them over carefully. Look for shells that are damaged, and tap any open shells to make sure that they close. Wait on cleaning and debearding your mussels until you are ready to cook them, since this process can kill the mussels.

Our drivers have been advised to have minimum contact with the customer so please leave a NOTE when checking out as to where our driver can leave your order. As this is a new service that we are establishing in light of the current situation they will ring your bell once and leave your order on your doorstep and step back to allow time for you to receive your order. If there is no answer and no note left they will proceed to leave your order on the doorstep, if in a box, or on your door handle, if in a bag. By proceding with your order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of delivery.
