Highland Smoked Salmon Scotland have given this Scandinavian classic a fresh and modern flavour by lightly smoking the salmon before seasoning. Their bespoke Gravadlax blend includes brown sugar, dill, red pepper and cracked black pepper to lift this product to another level.
