Hot Smoked Trout


Artisan Hot Smoked Trout.  Cured and smoked entirely by hand using a unique infusion of sherry and spices before gently smoking for 2 days over oak whisky barrel shavings from a local Scottish distillery.  Average weight 220 - 280g.


    Ingredients:  Trout (98%), salt, sugar, sherry, spices.

    Store at: 0-4°c.

    Allergens:  FISH

    Consume within 2 days of opening.

    Per 100g, energy: 814kg/195cal, fat: 10.3g (of which saturates - 2.2g), carbohydrates: <0.5g (of which sugars - <0.5g), protein: 20g, Salt: 2.4g


    Delivery times estimated between 8am - 3pm, weekdays and 8am - 1pm Saturdays.
