Artisan Hot Smoked Trout. Cured and smoked entirely by hand using a unique infusion of sherry and spices before gently smoking for weeks over oak whisky barrel shavings from a Scottish distillery. Average weight 200g.
Ingredients: Trout (98%), salt, sugar, sherry, spices.
Store at: 0-4°c.
Consume within 2 days of opening.
